Meet- Miriam "Mimi" Jacobs- an author, poet, and
professional speaker. Prior to this, Mimi was employed with the U.S. Postal Service for 21 years.

Miriam showed an early aptitude and love for creating,
tinkering, and writing. She was first published while still in high school in the school's publication,"Jabberwocky".

Today, Mimi is making a tumultuous presence both in
print and online. But more importantly, her readers
and fans love her, and her work. Much is to be
appreciated; Jacobs is a master of several literacy
genres and the author of seven books including,

Illuminations: Poetic Inspiration, Embracing Candace,
My Name is Not Monkey Girl, and 25 Ways to Make

She is also penned How to Jump From a Ferris Wheel
