While I enjoy some of Beyonce's music and her dress can be quite glamourous, I am not all that fond of her new clothing line for young girls. Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles, are the brains behind the collection of clothes for young children.

Would you dress your child in these clothes for school or otherwise? I can't imagine anyone dressing their child in this for school. No child should dress like an adult for any reason other than dress up/playtime. What kind of image is this promoting and what kind of character is this going to develop? The fashion industry is driven by money and celebrity style, but to push the look on kids is not something anyone should be doing. It's a good thing most schools these days have dress codes and uniforms.
