Busy mom tip for making a quick and healthy breakfast for the kids.

I'm not a big cook, let alone a morning person, my kids love eggs, so I have actually taught my four year old how to make an egg in the microwave with this easy cooking method.

For a quick and easy healthy breakfast:

1. Put an egg or two, depending how many your child(ren) will eat into a microwave safe bowl/measuring cup.
2. Add a small amount of milk to help it fluff; mix it with a whisk, put it into the microwave and cook for about 1 min per egg.
3. After it is done, stir it up to chop into scrambled egg or leave whole for a egg muffin sandwich.
4. Serve with juice and fruit pieces and your done in less than a few minutes! ☺
